Born To Run

A comprehensive running program incorporating intervals, drills, hills, calisthenics, and circuits to reinvigorate your running or take it to a higher level.  We meet three days a week.  Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm and Saturday at 7:00 am at Ready To Run on Farwest Blvd at Hart Lane.  


Marathon Training

‚ÄčIf you are preparing for a Marathon or Half Marathon we will combine the basic training necessary with Drills, HIlls, and Intervals with the build up of Mileage towards your goal event. It includes the group training, unlimited access and a monthly Epic Training Day and a monthly one on one planning and review session.
